Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a talented visual storyteller to join our creative team at Aertrip. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in visually communicating our brand's vision and enhancing the travel experiences of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create compelling graphics for marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and develop creative solutions.
  • Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all media platforms adhering to our brand guidelines.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present design concepts to receive feedback and make necessary revisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest design innovations into projects.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to produce high-quality prints and digital outputs as needed.
  • Provide design support for event promotions, internal communications, and customer engagement materials.
  • Contribute creatively to brainstorming sessions and present unique ideas that enhance brand engagement.
  • Handle social media platforms ensuring engaging and relevant content aligned with our brand voice and strategy.
  • Create and edit video reels for social media to enhance audience engagement and grow online presence.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience of 4 to 6 years in motion design, preferably within the travel or service industry.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense to develop innovative designs that align with our brand identity.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within set deadlines and project requirements.
  • Solid understanding of current design trends and best practices to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and an ability to interpret technical and visual information.
