Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.

The role will involve working closely with the team to ensure adherence to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and related requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Compliance
  • Review federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS clauses and obligations.
  • Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support
  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support
  • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Coordinate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.

Provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk.
  • Knowledge/Skills:
  • Good understanding of FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work EST Time zone (9AM-5PM)
