Course Anchor - IBBI Examination Job Opportunity

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a Course Anchor for the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) Examination. This esteemed role involves delivering high-quality training programs, guiding candidates, and ensuring successful outcomes in the IBBI examination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training programs for IBBI examination candidates with precision and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive course materials and study resources to aid candidate success.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the training program, fostering a culture of excellence and motivation.
  • Conduct mock exams, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes to enhance candidate performance.
  • Evaluate candidate performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update course content, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
  • Ensure compliance with IBBI guidelines and examination standards, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, or related fields, demonstrating a deep understanding of the complexities involved.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and IBBI regulations, enabling informed decision-making and expert instruction.
  • Proven training and teaching experience, showcasing ability to engage and educate diverse groups of candidates.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in insolvency or bankruptcy, further enhancing credibility and expertise.
  • Experience in exam preparation and training programs, providing valuable insights and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing for creative solutions and innovative approaches.
