STEM Educator

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of a STEM Faculty.

This role requires someone with expertise in teaching, content development, research, and school visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with teachers and team members.

The successful candidate will work closely with us to design and implement programs that enhance the quality and effectiveness of our education modules and resources.

**Responsibilities**

• Develop high-quality workshops and courses for teachers in STEM with progressive pedagogical and adult learning methodologies.
• Prepare capacity building program plans in STEM and provide inputs for the preparation of the academic calendar.
• Coordinate with other subject teams for planning and executing the STEM programs.
• Analyse the feedback on the training programs received from the teachers and other training participants and incorporate it in subsequent trainings.
• Provide direction for the STEM program in alignment with the current educational policies and guidelines.

**Requirements**

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.
• M.Sc. (Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry), B.Ed or an equivalent degree.
