Job Title: Training Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments through surveys and consultation with department leaders.
  • Design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs and materials for associates at all levels.
  • Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing professional development for current employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure training initiatives align with business objectives.
  • Track training participation and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and performance improvement techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics, change management, and cultural awareness.
  • Certification in training or development is preferred.
