Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training programs for beauty advisors, field sales, and retail partners to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.
  • Create multi-format content including decks, playbooks, videos, role-plays, and quizzes in Hindi and English.
  • Design and implement train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, and roadshows to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Partner with NPD/R&D teams to translate product information into accurate demos and ensure compliant claims.
  • Establish learning management systems, track training progress, and report impact using data-driven dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal care retail training, with a proven track record of leading pan-India training programs.
  • Strong understanding of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Hindi and English, with excellent facilitation and on-camera presentation skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, with expertise in advanced Excel and learning management systems.

  • Pure L&D profiles bring strong pedagogy and content creation skills, but may require coaching on retail-specific challenges.
  • Ex-BA/Counter Leads possess valuable field intuition, but may need development in content creation and analytics.
