Enterprise SAP Security Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Security Consultant with strong background in SAP Security and role redesign.
Main Responsibilities:- Design, configure and maintain SAP security roles, profiles and authorizations across ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori and BW.
- Manage user provisioning, access requests and license assignments using SAP Identity Management (IDM).
- Apply position-based access control models where appropriate.
- Maintain Firefighter (FF) access via SAP GRC 12.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, segregation of duties (SoD) requirements and audit controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorization issues, IDM provisioning problems and SAP cloud access challenges.
- Support security aspects of system maintenance, upgrades, migrations and new project implementations.
- Monitor SAP security logs, identify potential risks and take proactive action.
- Strong understanding of SAP security design principles and role architecture.
- Expertise in SoD risk identification and remediation.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in large-scale SAP environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in SAP Security, including role design, GRC and IDM.
- Experience with security in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori and related SAP environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based SAP security (e.g., SAP BTP).
- SAP security certifications (highly regarded).
