We are currently looking to hire a SAP Security Consultant - GRC & IDM. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. India (Remote)

Type : Contract, 3 months extendable

Experience : 10+ years

Shift - 4 am to 1 pm IST

Design, configure and maintain SAP security roles, profiles and authorisations across ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori and BW.

Manage user provisioning, access requests and licence assignments using SAP Identity Management (IDM).

Maintain Firefighter (FF) access via SAP GRC 12.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, segregation of duties (SoD) requirements and audit controls.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorisation issues, IDM provisioning problems and SAP cloud access challenges.

Support security aspects of system maintenance, upgrades, migrations and new project implementations.

Monitor SAP security logs, identify potential risks and take proactive action.

Collaborate with functional, technical and audit teams to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions.

Prepare and maintain security documentation, reports and training materials.

Lead and manage large-scale SAP Security design and restructuring projects.

Provide high-level support, including complex problem determination, for SAP security across Development, Test/QA and Production environments.

SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)

SAP Identity Management (IDM)

Soterion security management tool

SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

Strong understanding of SAP security design principles and role architecture.

Expertise in SoD risk identification and remediation.

Proven ability to manage complex projects in large-scale SAP environments.

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum 8 years' experience in SAP Security, including role design, GRC and IDM.

Experience with security in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori and related SAP environments.

Familiarity with cloud-based SAP security (e.g., SAP BTP).

SAP security certifications (highly regarded).

Performance Measures

Accuracy and efficiency in delivering SAP security configurations.

Reduction of audit findings and SoD conflicts.

Positive feedback from stakeholders and audit teams.
