Job description:As a SAP Security Analyst, you will support the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory security standards across our SAP systems. You will collaborate with senior analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to translate security and access control requirements into technical solutions, using modern security design and software engineering principles.

Duties and Responsibilities:Implement and maintain user roles, profiles, and authorizations in SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, GRC, etc.). Analyze and translate user access requirements into compliant and efficient SAP security designs. Support testing and deployment of security changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Support SOX compliance by maintaining proper documentation, access control, and audit trails for SAP systems. Monitor, analyze, and resolve security incidents, access issues, and audit findings (Level 2+ support). Contribute to the development and maintenance of security standards, documentation, and procedures.

Assist in SAP GRC Access Control configuration and support (e.g., Access Risk Analysis, Firefighter ID). Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and product owners to implement secure-by-design principles. Participate in CI/CD processes related to SAP development and deployment pipelines.

Conduct regular vulnerability scans, manage technical debt, and support remediation activities. Document technical configurations, solutions, and user guides to support knowledge transfer. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.2–5 years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or SAP support.

SAP Security or GRC certification is a plus (but not required). Willingness to obtain relevant certifications and training.
