**Position**:Enterprise Architect

**Experience**:15+ Years

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Overall having 15+ years in software engineering
- 5-10 years of experience as Director, Enterprise Architect or Solutions Architect
- Development experience of more than 10+ years in any modern programming languages: Java, Python, Asp.Net, Devops and QA.
- Architect, design and build optimal solutions for business problems.
- Built distributed software systems of the Internet / Enterprise scale with very low response time, high throughput, and high concurrency.
- Very thorough knowledge of Agile and Six Sigma Methodologies.
- Strong experience in Observability, Chaos engineering and Information Security Solutions.
- Strong expertise in Cloud and Infra Technologies.
- Very good understanding of other modern advancements such as AI/ML, blockchain, web3.0 technologies.
- Ability and desire to grow people and teams.
- Ability to increase Technologies visibility across the Unbridled brands.
- Good Exposure to Pre-Sales, and New Business Acquisition methodologies.
- Work with Product Management and Account Winning Concepts. Initiative Leads to support new technological assets and capabilities.
- Desire to provide a long-term vision for technology solutions that will enable us to grow while eliminating technology challenges and roadblocks.
- Working with stakeholders to ensure each has the tools, processes and expertise to effectively manage technology risks.
- Ability to recommend, develop and maintain information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements, and integrating technology into existing systems.
- Embody the Organization brand and culture, including character, change, credibility, and community.

**Interview Rounds**: 2 Technical Rounds followed by Hr Round.
