Job Opportunity: Public Relations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle our Public Relations activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and media content that align with our brand message.
  • Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage and build relationships.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare comprehensive PR activity reports.
  • Support event planning, press conferences, and promotional activities that showcase our expertise.
  • Maintain and update the media contact database to ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR alignment and goals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey our message.
  • Strong understanding of public relations, media, and communications principles.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms to create engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in messaging to differentiate our brand.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in corporate communications or media relations to bring valuable insights.
  • Familiarity with digital PR tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation and graphic design tools to create visually appealing content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field to demonstrate a strong foundation in the industry.
