
Senior Labor Relations Advisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Labor Relations Specialist to lead our team's labor union efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with labor unions, negotiating collective agreements, and resolving grievances in a timely manner.
- They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as communicating effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brief stakeholders on company policies and procedures related to labor relations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce conflict.
- Maintain accurate records of labor-related activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners to resolve issues and improve working relationships.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Labor Union Management or a related field.
- Master's degree in Labor Welfare or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience with labor laws and regulations in India.
