Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Labor Relations Specialist to lead our team's labor union efforts.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with labor unions, negotiating collective agreements, and resolving grievances in a timely manner.
  • They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as communicating effectively with employees, management, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brief stakeholders on company policies and procedures related to labor relations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and reduce conflict.
  3. Maintain accurate records of labor-related activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners to resolve issues and improve working relationships.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Labor Union Management or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Labor Welfare or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience with labor laws and regulations in India.
