About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing key aspects of human resources within an organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance appraisal processes to enhance employee engagement and retention.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration:

    • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including annual salary revision and performance bonus payouts.
    • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Learning and Development:

    • Work with stakeholders to identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across different job roles.
    • Implement various delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training to cater to diverse learning styles.
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure high-quality training sessions.
    • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs in enhancing employee performance and productivity.
  • Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:

    • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes engagement, inclusivity, and productivity.
    • Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Ensure effective communication channels within the organization.
  • Organizational Design and Structure:

    • Assess and design organizational structures that support business goals and improve efficiency.
    • Clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational development goals.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
