Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business goals.
    • Analyze organizational needs and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to inform HR decisions.
  • Employee Engagement & Development:
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
    • Identify opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Recruitment & Talent Management:
    • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring efficient sourcing and hiring of top talent.
    • Implement talent management systems to track performance and potential.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
  • Performance Management & Analytics:
    • Develop and administer performance appraisal systems.
    • Analyze data to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness.
    • Provide insights to senior leaders on HR metrics and trends.
  • Benefits & Insurance Administration:
    • Administer employee benefits, including insurance policies and compensation packages.
    • Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and services.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR practices.
    • Develop and implement policies to promote a safe and inclusive workplace.
