Therapy Marketing Manager Position

Job Title: Therapy Marketing Manager

Location/Site: Global Opportunity

Department / Division / Unit: Therapeutic Area Management

Reports to: Portfolio Marketing Director

Supervises: Brand Operations Managers
Job Summary:

As a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Leader, you will drive the growth and market share of our therapy area. Your expertise in developing and executing marketing plans, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams will be crucial in achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive therapy growth and increase market share.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure effective allocation and optimal ROI.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on new product opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative ideas to drive business growth.
Requirements:Education:
  • Graduate degree in Science or related field.
  • MBA or PGDBA in Sales and Marketing from a top-tier B school.
Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in a multinational company.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager.
  • Additional exposure to sales is preferred.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of therapeutic areas.
  • Ability to influence, lead, and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills and good financial acumen.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
