Product Development Strategist

As a visionary leader in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking an experienced Product Development Strategist to spearhead our team in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative product strategies and effective marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and plan new products by gathering feedback on unmet therapeutic needs and presenting business cases to senior management.
- Develop and implement positioning strategies for new products, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, launch meetings, and marketing plan implementation.
- Mentor team members and collaborate with sales teams and healthcare professionals to drive Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
- Graduate degree in any Science stream.
- 7-10 years of experience in Product Management in pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze market data, clinical trial results, and sales performance.
- Understanding of Indian Pharmaceutical industry dynamics, customer behavior, and prescription habits.
- Strategic mindset to develop and implement long-term product strategies.
- Financial management skills to manage budgets and optimize cost control.
