Job Title: Product Strategist

Join our team and be responsible for developing, launching and maintaining consumer durables financing products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a product roadmap that drives business growth through effective demand assessment, competitor analysis, and customer segment identification.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design seamless end-to-end journeys, ensuring partner onboarding, retailer integration, customer onboarding, app/portal UX, disbursal and repayment flows are smooth and efficient.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate product features based on data-driven insights to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with credit and risk management teams to maintain pre-approved limits, underwriting rules, profit margins, and NPA parameters.
  • Evaluate and ensure products comply with RBI/NBFC guidelines and internal risk policies.
  • Collaborate with internal functions such as merchandising, analytics, operations, partnerships, digital, legal, and collections to drive stakeholder engagement and external partner management.
  • Develop dynamic pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize yield and customer acquisition while monitoring P&L performance, margins, cost of funds, conversion and default rates.
  • Enable digital journeys through eKYC, plug-and-play APIs, real-time credit judgment, disbursal and repayment automation, and use data analytics to assess portfolio health and optimize product features.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product development, launch, and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of RBI/NBFC guidelines and regulations.
  • Familiarity with digital payment systems and technologies.
