Project Manager Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple assigned projects.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and tracking project reports, as well as monitoring planning, scheduling, and cost details.
  • This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, conducting site visits to verify progress and identify critical or risk issues.
  • The Project Manager will support and manage project plans, adhering to timing and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Key responsibilities include processing billing and payments as per terms and conditions, ensuring client satisfaction through proper handover, and allocating, monitoring, and closing snags/observation points shared by clients within the DLP period.
  • The successful candidate will also conduct site visits for new projects, prepare photographic reports for tender teams, and oversee project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and billing.
  • Achieving cost-effectiveness is a key requirement for this role, along with negotiating with vendors, raising client bills as per terms and conditions, and preparing cash flow for each project.
  • Furthermore, the Project Manager will follow up on client payments, present weekly reports, maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients, and assign work to subcontractors while monitoring progress.
  • Audit and reconcile project vs actual figures to ensure accuracy and transparency.
