We are seeking a seasoned Automation Testing Project Lead with extensive experience in the medical devices industry. The ideal candidate will oversee, drive, and ensure high-quality automation testing activities while adhering to global healthcare regulations.

  • Lead all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices' domain.
  • Review and approve test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner (PO) or SME.
  • Implement best practices in test automation and mentor engineers in automation testing methodologies.
  • Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
  • Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of automation testing strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in testing, with at least recent 5 years in test automation.
  • Developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations.
  • Experience interpreting and applying these regulations in testing scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
