Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

  • Lead project planning sessions
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field
  • 8-11 years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in German
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus

In addition, familiarity with project management software tools and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are preferred.

  • Analyze problems and develop effective solutions

Requirements
