Job Title:

Executive - HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:
    • Create and manage purchase requests, orders, and service requests for invoice processing and payment clearance.
    • Track payments through various levels of approval to ensure timely processing.
    • Maintain accurate records of all payments within the financial year.
    • Ensure smooth execution of critical invoices within defined turnaround times.
    • Resolve queries related to on-hold payments.
  • Non-PO Invoices:
    • Process non-purchase order invoices and release payments as per turnaround time.
    • Manage employee expense invoices and consultant reimbursement bills.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Distribute vendor registration formats to vendors and create unique codes.
    • Review and update agreement documents to implement process modifications.
    • Address vendor queries, update payment statuses, and share payment advice and UTR numbers.
    • Collect necessary documents from Single Point of Contact and implement process automation for payment clearance.
  • Sodexo Card Management:
    • Distribute Sodexo cards and gift cards to employees.
    • Assist in resolving employee queries related to Sodexo services.
    • Maintain manual records of Sodexo card distribution and Gift card MIS reports.
    • Generate yearly PR and PO for JSW Steel, JSW Retail & Distribution, JSW Projects, and JSW Techo Projects.
  • Employee Onboarding:
    • Verify employment and educational documents submitted by candidates.
    • Conduct physical document verification and create employee files.
    • Issue ID cards and employee IDs for corporate office joiners.
    • Issue employee ID cards and hand them over to PAN India location joiners.
  • Manual Letter Creation:
    • Prepare visa letters and other manual letter creations.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate senior management inductions based on HRBP requests.
    • Organize in-person interactions for senior management employees.
    • Plan and coordinate tours of senior management employees with Plant HRs.
    Requirements:
    • Graduate degree and MBA (preferably full-time)
    • Minimum 5-7 years of operations experience, with 3-5 years in HR operations
    • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
