Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations.

About the Role:
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
    • End-to-end recruitment cycle management (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
    • Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
    • Maintaining employee records and documentation.
    • Managing employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
    • Handling attendance and leave management.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
    • Driving employee engagement activities to ensure motivation and retention.
    • Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:
    • Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labor Laws).
    • Supporting HR audits and policy implementation.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assisting in appraisal cycles and employee performance tracking.
    • Ensuring timely feedback discussions.

Requirements:

  • PG/MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).
  • 5 to 6 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Prior exposure to working in SME/Corporate setups.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Local candidate preferred.
