Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and minimize late fees.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect company assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including SAP and Excel.
