Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As an FP&A professional, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions">
  • Provide analytical support to senior management on financial performance, trend analysis, and variance explanations">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements">
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations">
  • Manage and analyze company expenses, revenue, and identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Excellent financial planning and analysis & reporting experience">
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle is helpful">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills">
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal & written">
  • Candidates with CA Inter degree & relevant experience in FP&A are preferred">
