Job Title: Strategic Financial Associate

Job Description

As a key member of our financial team, you will assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and strategies to drive business growth.

You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes, including data analysis and forecasting.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of data.
Requirements:
  • CA/MBA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
