Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Professional to oversee our daily accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing financial data and possess a strong understanding of various financial principles, including GST, VAT, and TDS. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining account books and financial records.
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports and statements to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all financial records, files, and registers are properly maintained and up-to-date.
  • Reconciling both debtors and creditors, as well as preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  • Overseeing and managing matters related to GST and TDS.
  • Handling billing, banking, and other general accounting duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in managing financial data and preparing financial documents.
  • Experience with bank reconciliation, debtors, and creditors reconciliation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong understanding of GST, VAT, and TDS regulations.
