The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of asset-related data, preparing reports on asset performance, and providing excellent administrative support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset-related data, including property information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.","
  • Organize, store, and retrieve asset-related documents, such as property deeds, lease agreements, and insurance policies.","
  • Prepare reports on asset performance, including budget variance, Insurance and Lease status, Tickets/maintenance activity, shared drive updation.","
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings with PM, FM, identifying Contractors, procuring work scopes, quotes etc.","
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including property managers, leasing agents, and other support teams.","
