Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our platforms and products.

  • Evaluate user journeys and conduct thorough testing across various platforms to guarantee an exceptional experience for end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric features that meet high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement test plans, cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures to ensure product quality and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, review, and contribute to test plans, cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
  • Develop and manage standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
  • Plan test schedules, strategies, and ensure timely delivery according to project scope or dates.
  • Manage bug tracking, risks, and escalations, and ensure all reporting is concise and effective.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing products and make them more reliable.
  • Stay updated on the latest testing techniques, strategies, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing for web and mobile applications, API testing through Postman.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and testing NoSQL DBs like MongoDB.
  • Innovative, creative, proactive, self-motivated traits with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with heavy workloads.
