Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality standards and be highly organized with expertise in ensuring deliverables meet accuracy and customer-centricity requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete QA, planning, executing, and performing inspections and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems and assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to meet goals/KPIs.
  • Analyze and investigate reported quality issues, collaborate with production teams to achieve better results, and develop or update inspection procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify recurring issues to management and discuss mitigations with the production team.
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards, collect quality data, document quality assurance activities, and prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all services offered to the customer.
  • Pursue continuing learning/exploration on new solutions, technology, and skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ year experience in the promotions content/e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain
  • Comfortable reviewing content in non-English languages like Asian and European languages
  • Superb computer competence, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice
  • A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skill
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
  • Professional certification in Quality Assurance
