Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to oversee our quality management system.

  • Ensure product quality meets company standards while minimizing costs.
  • Oversee the implementation and review of our Food Safety and Quality Management System.
  • Comply with relevant statutory requirements, including food safety regulations.
  • Guarantee all products conform to specifications through process assurance from supply chain to consumer.
  • Ensure full compliance with FSQA Mandates for plant operations.
  • Identify, plan, document, and manage practices, activities, and resources to meet quality goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to guidelines during manufacturing to ensure finished goods meet specifications.
  • Conduct required tests on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, WTP, syrup preparation, and finished products.
  • Ensure two-way traceability forward to consumers and backward to raw materials.
  • Implement availability of standard chemical reagents, verify concentration, and calibrate equipment in the plant.
  • Ensure storage conditions meet requirements for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and final products.
