The ideal candidate will have experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects. They should also have the capability to lead a team from offshore and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion – Logistics-Warehouse Management to deliver high-quality solutions.
  2. Lead and Participate in Projects: Lead and participate in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.
  3. Understand Business Requirements: Understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence.
  4. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Provide Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to the offshore team, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
  6. Conduct Meetings and Testing: Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues. Perform system configuration and customization according to business requirements.
  7. Support Post-Implementation: Provide post-implementation support and assist with ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Experience as Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant: Minimum of 6-10 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion: Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion – Logistics-Warehouse Management module.
  • Project Experience: Experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Capable of leading a team from offshore and effectively managing project deliverables.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Certifications: Oracle ERP Fusion certifications will be an added advantage.
