About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive/Sr. Executive to manage daily operations in our warehouse. This role involves optimizing warehouse layout, ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating with logistics teams, and supervising warehouse staff and drivers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining organized storage, timely dispatch of goods, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory control and warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support the Warehouse Manager in onboarding, training, and scheduling of staff.
  • Receive raw materials, packing materials, and general items while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system data.
  • Raise material indents to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
  • Ensure proper placement and storage of stock within designated locations.
  • Plan and execute daily activities to meet dispatch and warehouse targets.
  • Manage timely dispatch of finished goods as per schedule.
  • Coordinate the transfer of materials across departments efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve warehouse processes.
  • Monitor and control warehouse-related expenditures.
  • Enforce warehouse SOPs and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and operational issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all warehouse areas, ensuring readiness for audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field).
  • 3-10 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a bonded warehouse is an advantage.
  • Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
