Warehouse Manager

Job Title:

Manager - Warehouse.

Job overview/Purpose of the Position:

Warehouse Operation which includes Inbound, Outbound and MOOWR.

Area of responsibilities:

• Inbound, Inhouse & Out Bound Logistics Management.
• Inventory Management & Accuracy.
• Customs Compliance & Statutory Compliance Management in warehouse and MOOWR.
• Manage & Monitor 3PL Service providers.
• Responsible for Lean Management in Warehouse .
• Maintain good interdepartmental relations and collaborate to achieve company objectives.
• Maintain good business relationship with external suppliers.
• On time registering of Inbound Inventory.
• Managing Defective Parts, Coordinate of replacements & Scrapping.
• Coordinate for DCR replenishments.
• Logistics arrangements for outbound transport to the destination.
• Ensure On time supply of parts to production line.
• Ensure FIFO where ever applicable.
• Ensure Safe handling of Materials in house.
• Periodic Scrap Disposal.
• Manage Daily work allocation and people management to improve efficiency.
• Plan & Execute Cycle Count of parts.

Competencies (e.g. technical skills)

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management – Expertise in inbound/outbound logistics, dispatch planning, and warehouse operations.
• Inventory Management – Skilled in physical stock-taking, variance analysis, and reconciliation using ERP/SAP systems.
• Transportation Management – Proficient in planning, optimizing, and monitoring domestic & international shipments, including container loading optimization.
• SAP & ERP Systems – Hands-on experience in material management, stock transfers, and documentation within SAP MM/WM modules.
• Documentation & Compliance – Knowledge of statutory requirements, customs clearance, and export-import documentation.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making – Strong ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Effective collaboration with production, quality, planning, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.

Educational Qualification Required:

Any Bachelor in Engineering / Equivalent .

Relevant Experience Required:

12 plus year.

Certifications & Licenses:

MH - safety .

Customer / Supplier Interaction:

Yes - Long Term Strategic Discussions.
