We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant to join our Logistics-Warehouse Management Team. The consultant should have good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion, specifically in the Logistics-Warehouse Management module.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality solutions utilizing in-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion – Logistics-Warehouse Management.
  • Lead and participate in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.
  • Understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing due diligence.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams for successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to the offshore team, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns or issues.
  • Perform system configuration and customization according to business needs.
  • Conduct thorough testing and provide support during user acceptance testing.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist with ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Fusion Consultant.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Fusion – Logistics-Warehouse Management module.
  • Experience in rollouts, upgradation, lift and shift, and managed services projects.
  • Ability to lead a team from offshore and effectively manage project deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Oracle ERP Fusion certifications will be advantageous.
