Key Account Liaison

This role is responsible for proactively contacting potential clients from provided leads and directories to engage in meaningful conversations and qualify them as prospects.

The key objective of this position is to serve as the initial point of contact for high net worth individuals (HNI/UHNI) and effectively communicate the value of our premium products and offerings in a polished, professional tone.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written, with a pleasing personality and outstanding telephone etiquette. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills are essential, along with prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination. You must also be comfortable speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally and have the ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.

  • Proactively call prospective clients from provided leads and directories
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with HNI/UHNI clients with a polished, professional tone
  • Clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings
  • Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team
  • Maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements
