Product Development Associate

Job Description:
As a Product Development Associate, you will be responsible for working under the guidance of senior team members to own and develop features from inception to release. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely results and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product vision and strategy by understanding user needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to design and implement product features.
- Work with data analysis tools to gather insights and inform product decisions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress and address concerns.
- Contribute to the development of PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) with support from senior team members.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 0-1 year of overall work experience and/or product experience.
- Previous experience working in an internship or entry-level position in a related field.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
