Job Responsibilities:
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing project documents, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with project teams to maintain efficient document submission and retrieval processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement document control processes.
  • Monitor and track document versions and revisions.
  • Coordinate with project teams for document submission and retrieval.
  • Communicate document status to stakeholders.
  • Conduct document audits to identify discrepancies.
  • Assist project teams with document-related tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Able to follow company procedures.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum Work Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-10 years of experience as a Document Controller.

Qualifications:
The candidate should hold an ITI or Diploma qualification.

Software Skills:
The candidate should possess strong skills in formatting for word and excel. Strong MS Office skills (SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are also essential. Adobe acrobat/PDF and PowerPoint skills are an added advantage.
