About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the clinic, including administrative, operational, and technical tasks. They will work closely with the team to ensure seamless execution of procedures, maximize customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the entire Administrative, Operational, and Technical aspects of the clinic to ensure effective execution of all procedures.
- Instituting steps to increase sales via various means, such as creating a brand image, patient counselling, upselling, and motivating staff.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction by adhering to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and continuously improving the quality of services while enhancing staff skills.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in a relevant field (Dermatology/Beauty/Wellness/Nutrition/Food Science).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the same field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience working in groups and managing teams.
Salary Information
The estimated monthly salary range for this position is ₹20,000.00 to ₹40,000.00.
