At Axtria - Ingenious Insights, we seek an exceptional Senior Clinical Solutions Business Development Lead to drive the growth of our clinical solutions practice. This pivotal role involves leading senior client relationships, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and developing innovative solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales and delivery activities for client projects, driving account growth and expanding the Clinical Solutions practice
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new offerings and services, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics
  • Build and nurture senior client relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target client organizations, leveraging industry connections to accelerate client introductions
  • Innovate and translate business needs into solution offerings in Clinical Solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align execution and delivery efforts
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of subject matter experts, client engagement leads, and line-of-business leads to foster a results-driven culture and grow the business
  • Operate with a startup mentality, making quick decisions and adapting strategies based on market feedback and client opportunities

Requirements:

  • 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with deep familiarity in Life Science R&D processes, clinical trial processes, clinical systems and data flows, and a strong understanding of AI applications
  • Proven track record in account leadership, developing accounts, and business development, including identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth
  • Dynamic personality, exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong network within the industry and ability to leverage relationships to accelerate client introductions
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on defining and measuring success and delivering tangible outcomes

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
