Category Management is a vital aspect of our business, and we are seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead our team in this area.
Main Responsibilities:- Product Planning & Forecasting: Develop and implement merchandising plans and forecasts that align with our business objectives and market trends.
- Pricing Strategies: Drive data-driven pricing strategies to maximize margins and optimize product profitability.
- Product Portfolio Development: Oversee the development and management of existing product portfolios, including new product launches and vendor partnerships.
- Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement inventory management best practices, ensuring optimal stock turns and store productivity.
- 5–8 years of experience in category management or a related field within the retail industry.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive insights from complex data sets.
- Strong customer orientation, detail orientation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
