Job Title:Strategic Process Improvement Lead

Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to develop and implement process improvements across various departments. This individual will ensure seamless execution, maintain accountability, and foster a culture of responsibility throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Auditing and Compliance:
    • Regularly assess processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for training records, cabin crew programs, and self-sponsored pilots.
  • Leadership and Execution:
    • Collaborate with teams to establish clear goals, objectives, and timelines.
    • Develop and implement effective tracking systems to monitor progress and performance.
    • Identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Ensure open communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
    • Coordinate tasks, activities, and resources to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:
  • Graduate or MBA in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, operations management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
