About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at New Relic, Inc. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to engage with potential customers and establish a strong foundation for future growth.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to bring in qualified leads and support the sales process.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their industry, challenges, and objectives.
  • Utilize marketing collateral and leverage critical thinking skills to craft compelling pitches and engage with customers.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a BDR or SaaS sales role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketplace for QMS and MES solutions.
  • Advanced critical thinking skills and demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
  • Passion for sales and a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
