Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal BIM Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality BIM/CAD deliverables to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working independently and collaboratively with the team to prepare BIM/CAD deliverables.
  • Liaising with lead business and other team members to ensure timely delivery of design drawings.
  • Collaborating with other design disciplines to achieve project objectives.
  • Compliance with our business management system.
  • Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field;

5+ years experience as a BIM Technician working on Civil 3D software;

Excellent knowledge and experience in Civil 3D; Revit skills will be an added advantage.

Desirable Skills:

  • Specific experience in BIM and CADD drafting for projects related to Earthwork, water supply, sewerage, and drainage system.
  • Knowledge of Point cloud database and Control file sizes.
  • Experience in troubleshooting civil 3D issues.
  • Familiarity with preparation of Site Civil Plans, pipeline layout plan and profile, General Arrangement drawings for pumping station, water/ wastewater treatment works.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
