  • Client Management: Manage high-value client relationships, ensuring trust-driven long-term engagement.
  • Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels (15 Cr+).
  • Inventory Management: Source and manage inventory in Andheri to South Mumbai (including resale) and holiday home belts (Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala).
  • Market Intelligence: Track pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the resale and primary luxury segments.
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in luxury real estate sales, with proven experience in the resale market (ticket sizes INR 15 Cr+).
  • Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Andheri –South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions (Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala).
  • Network: Established connects with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
