">We are seeking a highly driven and well-networked sales professional to lead the sales of ultra-luxury residences, villas, and land parcels in prime Mumbai markets and holiday home destinations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling resale transactions of luxury assets, deep market knowledge, and a strong network for luxury sales.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage high-value client relationships, ensuring trust-driven long-term engagement.
- Drive sales of resale and primary luxury properties, villas, and land parcels (15 Cr+).
- Inventory Management: Source and manage inventory in Andheri to South Mumbai (including resale) and holiday home belts (Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala).
- Market Intelligence: Track pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the resale and primary luxury segments.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.
Requirements:
">- Experience: 2 – 4 years in luxury real estate sales, with proven experience in the resale market (ticket sizes INR 15 Cr+).
- Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Andheri –South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions (Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala).
- Network: Established connects with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
Skills:
">- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex resale transactions (valuation, due diligence, owner expectations).
- Exposure to digital marketing and luxury branding strategies.
