Sales and Marketing Executive - Luxury Real Estate

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in premium real estate sales and be able to leverage their skills, confidence, and market knowledge to sell luxury apartments priced ₹3 Cr and above.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales leaders who want to drive business growth and contribute to a premium brand in the luxury housing market.

  • Handle end-to-end sales of premium residential projects (₹3 Cr+)
  • Engage with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and convert prospects into successful sales
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and consistent communication
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategic sales initiatives
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury/premium segments
  • Strong ability to sell high-ticket properties (₹3 Cr+)
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business/Marketing/related fields preferred)
  • Strong network and client-handling expertise in the local real estate market
