Client Support Specialist

We are expanding and hiring Client Support Specialists to join our growing team. This role is about guiding and supporting clients, not selling. You will work exclusively with Canadian clients who reach us through inbound sources such as social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns. From the very first outgoing call, you'll listen, explain programs clearly, and ensure every client feels supported. No cold calling.

This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from Canadian clients who are interested in government-approved debt relief programs. Your primary goal will be to educate clients on their options and help them navigate the process of reducing their debt.

The ideal candidate will have strong spoken English, a neutral accent, and experience in sales, BPO, or customer support. They will also be confident in handling objections and keeping conversations positive. In addition, they must be willing to work a permanent night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST).

  • Listen carefully to client concerns and explain available programs clearly.
  • Build trust with honest, simple, and clear communication.
  • Guide clients step by step through the first stage of their journey.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Keep CRM records updated and follow up on time.
  • Work with internal administrators to ensure smooth application processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass), graduates preferred.
  • Strong spoken English (neutral accent preferred)
  • Previous sales, BPO, or customer support experience is a plus
  • Confidence to handle objections and keep conversations positive
  • Residing in or near Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, or nearby suburbs.
