Job Description

As a dynamic professional, you will play a key role in driving the success of our clients. Forming and maintaining professional relationships, following through on contract closures and renewals, and accelerating partnership revenue growth are essential to this position.

The ideal candidate is proactive with a go-getter attitude, able to handle 5-10 client accounts, develop executive relationships, manage communication between clients and internal stakeholders, and stay up-to-date on client needs and IT roadmaps. Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze data and translate it into strategy are also crucial.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and pitch relevant services to clients. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are required, as well as a strong understanding of sales funnels and different stages. Self-motivation and a sales-oriented mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-10 client accounts

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or customer success roles
