We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in the Wealth Management sector.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and providing solutions to clients based on their requirements. This includes conducting timely and regular follow-up with leads, increasing the client base, and upselling and cross-selling products to existing investors.

  • Develop and provide solutions to clients based on their requirements.
  • Conduct timely and regular follow-up with leads and tag them on broadcasts and news articles.
  • Increase client base by meeting new clients, taking references from existing investors, and building Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Initiate portfolio reviews of existing investors in a timely manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to existing investors and keep them updated on primary and secondary market trends.
  • Share regular updates with investors regarding schemes, research papers, etc.
  • Coordinate regular marketing activities with the regional marketing team and product team.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent socializing and relation-building skills.
  • Excellent communicating and listening skills, ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  • Confident individual able to conduct themselves well in front of clients.
  • Able to analyze client requirements based on financial goals and possess strong logical and numerical abilities.
  • Ability to deal with stress and follow procedures, maintaining good emotional stability and conscientiousness when achieving targets.
  • Identify opportunities for greater profit.
  • Familiarity with guidelines and compliance needs, closely monitored, and responsive to documentation requests.
Candidate Profile:
  • Candidate should have 7-12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Planning & Investment Advisory.
  • Possession of requisite certifications is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to various wealth instruments, including insurance, fixed deposits, mutual funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), etc.
  • Proven track record of AUM generation.
  • AUM size minimum Rs. 30 crore.
