We are looking for a talented individual with expert knowledge in various search and social platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Apple Search, Amazon Search, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.

If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of the team, we'd like to meet you.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

  • Evaluate quality delivery as per SLAs.
  • Drive team adherence to internal tools and processes.
  • Maintain team motivation through regular touch points/team engagement activities.
  • Demonstrate detail-oriented skills with strong verbal, written, and visual communication for varied audiences.
  • Show ownership; responsible for team/client management, performance monitoring & reviews.
  • Have end-to-end campaign management experience running paid ads on Meta, Twitter, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments, analyzing trends and adopting new/best practices.
  • Drive new tests, analyze performance, and provide insights for improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practice.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Paid Social ads specifically.
  • Experience in Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and end-to-end campaign management specifically reach and frequency campaigns.
  • Team & Client management skills.
  • Subject-matter-expert for Search.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinker, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, and Power Point skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus.
