We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of Adobe Target, driving improvements in end-customer experience across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates using Adobe Target.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Adobe Target with other solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences.">
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.">
  • Design and deploy targeted experiences, leveraging A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation methodologies.">
  • Implement recommendations activities and automated personalization to enhance user experiences.">
  • Develop technical expertise in Adobe Target, with hands-on use cases and implementation experience.">
  • Provide expert guidance on testing protocols and practices to ensure effective testing.">
  • Ensure integration of Target with sites and Analytics tools, debugging and troubleshooting configuration and integration issues as needed.">

Requirements:

">

4-9 years of experience in digital marketing, with a thorough working knowledge of Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Cloud solution.

">

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, and experience with solution design, RFP, and client interactions.

">

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

">

Technical expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and mobile tagging experience is highly desirable.
